We currently ship within Belgium and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Time

• Belgium: Standard delivery usually takes 2 business days.
• Europe: Depending on the destination, delivery may take 4 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Belgium: Free standard shipping for orders over €50. Orders below €50 will incur a flat shipping fee of €5.
• Europe: Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, based on the destination country.

In-Store Pickup

For customers in the Brussels area, we offer a free in-store pickup option. Simply select in-store pickup during checkout, and you’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Europe. As we continue to grow, we hope to expand our shipping options to additional international destinations.

Customs & Duties
