Whether you're purchasing your favorite beauty products through our e-commerce platform or visiting us at our Brussels location, we aim to deliver your products in a timely manner and ensure your satisfaction.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within Belgium and select European countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery Time
- Belgium: Standard delivery usually takes 2 business days.
- Europe: Depending on the destination, delivery may take 4 business days.
Shipping Costs
Belgium: Standard shipping is €8.95 for orders below €50 and free for orders of €50 or more.
For supported European destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout using the delivery country and total shipping weight. All amounts are in euros.

Availability notice: Checkout shipping to Cyprus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Türkiye is not yet active. The rates above are listed for reference; please contact us before ordering to these destinations.
For orders above 10 kg to these destinations, unlisted countries, overseas territories or special delivery requirements, contact info@royalbeauty.be for a shipping quote before ordering. Automatic checkout shipping is unavailable where no rate is offered.
For destinations outside the EU, import duties, taxes and customs handling charges are separate from the shipping rates unless checkout explicitly shows them as prepaid.
In-Store Pickup
For customers in the Brussels area, we offer a free in-store pickup option. Simply select in-store pickup during checkout, and you’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Europe. As we continue to grow, we hope to expand our shipping options to additional international destinations.
Customs & Duties
For international orders outside of Belgium, customers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may apply. Be sure to check your country’s regulations before placing your order.
Returns
You may request a return of unopened products within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. For change-of-mind returns, the customer arranges and pays the direct return postage. Email info@royalbeauty.be with your order number to request a return. The full Return and Refund Policy and your statutory consumer rights continue to apply.
