We deliver across Belgium and to select European countries. Enter your address at checkout to see the delivery options available for your destination.

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery in Belgium usually takes about 2 business days, and delivery elsewhere in Europe takes around 4 business days depending on the destination. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays.

In Belgium, shipping is free on orders over €50 and a flat €5 below that. For other European countries, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Yes. As soon as your order ships you will receive a confirmation email, with tracking information when the shipping method supports it.

Yes. In the Brussels area you can choose free in-store pickup at checkout. We will email you as soon as your order is ready to collect at Rue Neuve 140, 1000 Brussels.

Orders within Belgium have no customs fees. For orders to other countries, you may be responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that apply, so please check your country's rules before ordering.

You can request a return within 14 days after your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging.

Log into your account to start your request, or email us at info@royalbeauty.be with your order number. If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the parcel.

Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. A 10% restocking fee is deducted from the refund.

You can ask us to cancel or remove items for 24 hours after placing the order. After that, your order may already be on its way. Contact us as early as possible at info@royalbeauty.be.

We are sorry about that. Please email info@royalbeauty.be within a few days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and the packaging, and we will put it right.

Products shown on the website are available to order. If an item you want is out of stock, email us and we will tell you when it is coming back.

Yes, this is one of our specialities. We carry shampoos, conditioners, leave-ins, curl creams, gels, edge control, relaxers, braiding products, oils and hair colour for all hair types.

Yes. We offer Lattafa and Armaf perfumes, including Yara, Asad, Fakhar and Club de Nuit.

Always follow the instructions on the pack and do a patch test 48 hours before use. Do not use hair colour if you have a sensitive scalp, broken skin or a known allergy to any ingredient.

The payment methods available are shown at checkout. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout, and we never see or store your full card details.

No, you can check out as a guest. An account lets you follow your orders and start returns more easily.
